I'm a Family Practice Physician who underwent Dr. Pnini's Surgery for Underarm Hyperhidrosis. Underarm sweating was a problem that had begun negatively impacting my work and social life. It started with a little underarm sweat on occacion and over a 2 year period of time, it progressed to profuse underarm sweating daily. I had to bring an extra shirt everywhere I went.
